What beautiful paintings Shell and Deb - it's amazing how different they are, yet similar in a way. Like only sisters could be. :)

And Deb love your travel doll, such an interesting take on the topic.

Mine will be a little late - preparing for our xmas trip is consuming all my time at the moment, and so far I have only managed a quick sketch or two. I may just have to upload those...

So great to see your stuff. It's inspirational, as is Mand's.

I was a little time challenged this week... hopefully I'll have more time next week to be more organised. It certainly made me reflect and I found that the most interesting part! I felt like I was getting information on myself for a magazine article, which inspired my mag style illustration. Hope you like it, I'm not completely happy with it, the liquid paper that adds texture to the picture looks flat and kind of weird digitally... Oh well, this is just the beginning...

Self :) Pieces of my world, things that influence me, inspire me and make me who i am. At the same time i'm part of the fabric of the universe, inseparable and woven into the pattern of time...not really a self at all but part of the whole, a continuation of the past and a projection into the future. Interconnected and intertwinned...

Was much fun doing this one. Will try and re-upload a better quality version of it later. Bit blurry o_o. So excited about the new topic! :)
