'Shimmer'

i love this word - it has a subtlety about it... defined as 'to gleam faintly', i always imagine a bit of sparkle too.

This is a pic' i sketched in autumn, but let sit around for a few seasons to mature in my mind. I decided to glam her up in a shimmer of glitter-pens and collaged-gold-hair.

[Her shimmer wasn't very well captured by my scanner.. so as an imaginative exercise, try to imagine everything with a hint of glitter and sparkle!]
