'Home'

I moved house over the last few weeks and am slowly settling in to our new abode. Not only did we pack our lives into boxes, but we sold or gave away most of our posessions in anticipation of overseas adventures later in the year. I found it really frightening at first, seeing all my clutter disintegrate. But later found it a grounding and freeing experience. Like times in the past when I've faced a significant move or life change, its made me reevaluate how I look at my 'home'. I can't wait to see how you view yours...

I'm rather behind, but better late than never! I actually worked on 2 drawings for this topic, the 2nd being inspired by one of Willow's story books. And why not draw a home how's she'd like to see it? ;)

Home is comfort. Surrounded by the people & things you love. Its not always peaceful, but life wouldn't be as interesting without a little chaos and turmoil every now and then. Makes me appreciate the happiness home brings even more deeply.
