'Birds'

Serenading the sun with songs at dawn and dusk; a startled flock arising with a woosh, circling wide on wings above; a twitter from besides the little creek; wandering thousands of kilometres across open ocean to reach a haven from a harsh winter; awing us with the intricacy, softness and vibrant colour of a fallen feather...

I love that i get to share this world of mine with the birds, because they bring me so much joy.. even the humble magpie as they warble from the eves every morn, and hunt insects by the garden lights at night..

So this week i've dedicated our topic to the birds
