Leaves - by Deb

There used to be a beautiful creeping plant, called a native violet, which thrived in the shady parts of our garden when i was little. It had minature lilypad leaves and intricate white and purple orchid-like flowers. My memories of it, combined with inspiration from Shell's cutouts, were the creative foundations for my leafy artwork this week.
